The Village of Shortsville is 2 miles south off of Exit 43 from the New York State Thruway (I-90). The city of Rochester is 25 miles to the west, and Syracuse 50 miles to the east. The county seat, in the city of Canandaigua, is 7 miles south of the village. (directions)
