Parks & Recreation
There are two parks in the Village of Shortsville.
Budd Park, located on the south side of Water Street, features playground equipment, a baseball field, basketball and tennis courts. The large pavillion is perfect for family gatherings and is able to be reserved by village residents through the village office.
Jones-Blunt Park is located on the north side of Water Street, adjacent to the beautiful Canandaigua Lake Outlet.
Jones-Blunt is a great spot for fishing, hiking, and family picnics.

(cost $5.00 and your shirt) Firemen and fire truck visit, water games
August 11th 1:30 to 2:30
K-9 Unit Demonstration Date TBD.
Field Trips
(Must be registered in the Shortsville Village Park Program, and turn in a permission slip/sign up sheet for field trips.)
July 22nd -
Movies at the Canandaigua Movie Theater. Two Movies to pick from. Bus leaves at 12:30 from Budd Park
August 3rd -
Strong Museum of Play Rochester NY bus leaves from Budd Park 9:45.
August 24th Roseland Water Park Canandaigua NY bus leaves Budd Park 10:15
Picnic last week of park program, date TBD.
